KFC Loughborough - Regent Place Retail Park — Restaurant in Charnwood

Wow!!! Firstly, the service is terrible, no smile, no welcome, just basic service. Had to send my meal back as the chicken was raw! When the manager came to discuss, she told me she couldn't refund as I had eaten half of it! I then pointed out that to find out chicken is raw you generally have to bite through the outer layer to find out. Then agreed to refund my meal, only my meal. I hadn't asked for any other kind of refund. At no point was there an apology until I walked away from the counter. The stairs to the toilets are filthy and the toilets themselves are absolutely disgusting, reminded me of a back street pub from the '80's! At no point does this establishment offer any form of hospitality, the manager has a terrible attitude to customers and tries to make it the customers fault that they are unable to cook edible chicken. Clue in the title of your business, if you can't cook chicken perhaps you should try a new business! I can accept that we all make a mistake and that the odd meal may not be up to standard. However, hospitality and common decency is free of charge and that is what is unforgiveable. Won't be returning again, worst KFC ever visited...

absolute disgrace completely appalled i ordered a small deluxe boneless bucket and my popcorn chicken had literal mould on it they forgot to give me beans and gave me no plates for 3 people to eat so we had to eat off the tray and no forks to eat our beans and coleslaw out the pot (as they forgot the plates) with! after asking for a refund a manager i think who’s name was AJ he was extremely disrespectful to me and offended me by saying he couldn’t refund me or give me any form of partial as i didnt have the food in hand to give to him because we simply binned it as after a few pieces of bones less chicken me and my family felt ill. The workers there even said i should sue for it as it was a disgrace and not appropriate for a well known and what’s supposed to be a 5 star restaurant! Completely appalled and the workers who i didn’t catch the names off even agreed it wasn’t proper whereas AJ who i think was the team leader/manager gave appalling customer service and i am completely let down by the KFC franchise...

This kfc has gone down hill and do not recommend. Many times they don't take your order at the drive thru and tell you to go in store. However I've seen people ordering and handing there card at the window and getting there food long before I've even managed to order in store.

On top of that they CANNOT control orders placed in the restaurant and those from just eat etc. Multiple orders for just eat get prepped and collected before even one inside order is dealt with. I was left waiting over 20 minutes with no sign of my order being made and just asked for a refund.

No one knew what was going on with the inside orders so readily gave me a refund but that's 20 minutes wasted.

Then you have got to hope your chicken is fresh and hasn't been sat heating for ages, half the time the chicken just dry and should have been binned before served but they skip a lot of corners I see at this restaurant.

Recommend other kfcs with fresh food and better service. Has to be poor management standard or it...
