Had a breakfast delivery took 1 hour to arrive cold, 3 missing items. As usual slow and inaccurate service. I hate going into this place, just full of delivery drivers hogging the counter trying collect orders and being ignored by the rude staff. This is why I used the delivery service, but that is not much better.

Can’t get delivery from Warwick Way due to distance or I would go there instead.

I can see why my delivery order was late, they give no priority to the delivery drivers or walk in customers. It’s all about the drive thru.

Do McDonalds management teach their staff how to ignore customers? It looks like a case of lead by bad example, as the managers in the white shirts are the rudest!

This McDonald’s if full of sad faced customers who are just made to wait for inexplicably long times.

Maybe the owner of this franchise should just take a moment and look at the experience from a customers point of view, your staff need to learn about internal and external customers, as they way they speak to each other is also appalling.

I have been into much busier McDonald’s and received 100x better services, much faster and with big smiles. So you can’t even use “We are busy” as an excuse.

Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. Rude inexperienced staff, poor food quality no customer service what so ever. The staff all need re training and learn some customer service because there is literally zero at present. I’m disgusted with the way I was treated for pointing out a serious floor in the drive through ordering system and not once had an appoligy for the length of time I was waiting. When I said I won’t be ordering from her sorry, all I had was an “our well” I wasn’t rude or argumentative but the two lads I spoke to thought they were something special and above who I was. The customer is supposed to be always right in a customer service environment but it seems at this establishment the staff can do what they like and you like it or lump it. Also why don’t any McDonald’s serve milkshakes any longer? Driver shortage is it? You can still get milk for coffee and ice cream for the McFlurry so why no milkshakes? I’m let down and angry that this McDonald’s can get away with such terrible service. Today was aweful and I’m taking this experience from two previous visits. I will not be going...
