Q Desserts — Restaurant in Charnwood

We ordered via UberEats at about 11:20pm. They actually close at midnight so it was pushing it a little to order so late for delivery. Having said that, the order was delivered at 12:15am which wasn't bad at all considering! The cookie dough and churros were still lovely and hot, the ice cream was still ice cream consistency (not melted at all!) and it was all presented beautifully. Lovely, great quality, well priced desserts. Sooooo tasty too! The driver was very respectful. They parked at the top of the drive, turned the lights off and walked to the door. They knocked very discreetly but loud enough for us to hear. Can't recommend this lovely place enough after our first order. Will be back for sure... (but earlier next time don't...

Ordered via Uber Eats, where they advertised a 20 minute delivery time. Then after the order was received they changed the delivery time massively - to over an hour! Rang them 50 minutes after making the order - they said the order hadn't even left yet. Their feeble excuse was 'we're busy', but why take the order if you can't fulfil it in time? Cancelled the order, but they claimed some of the money, claiming the food had been prepared. Avoid like they were selling plague-flavoured ice-cream. Awful company,...

I had the worst experience at this dessert place. The desserts arrived a painful hour and a half late, as if they'd taken a world tour before reaching me. To add insult to injury, they were frozen solid, making me wonder if they were stored in Antarctica. And speaking of size, these tiny atrocities barely fit in their packaging, almost like they were embarrassed to be seen. The delivery person seemed utterly clueless and unapologetic. This place is a complete disaster – save your money...
