I recently had the pleasure of ordering from what I now consider the best Mexican restaurant in Leicester. This was my first time trying their food, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I received my order, it was clear that this restaurant takes great pride in the quality and presentation of their dishes.

To start, I sampled the sour cream, guacamole, and salsa dips. These are often staples in Mexican cuisine, and the freshness and flavor of each dip were immediately apparent. Stunning quality of food, I'd recommend any day - the BEST Mexican I've eaten out in a long time - finally! . . . freshly cooked delicious food by a clearly great chef. We literally stumbled on this place tonight, and were completely surprised. A lovely menu selection, not too much choice - which is always a good sign - but just enough choice at the same time. We had nachos to start - and boy were they GOOD - not high street put together stuff - totally fresh and delicious, quite delicate flavours for nachos! Chicken enchiladas for my husband and a Latin fish stew for me - sounds plain and normal - but the flavours and quality of cooking were top draw., really surprising dishes with each spoonful. We ordered a side of patatas bravas, ate some of them (mainly because they tasted so good), but couldn't finish them, because the portion sizes were so adequate in the mains already. Terrible service, food may be good but I wouldn’t know as it wasn’t actually delivered. Placed order 2 hours in advance, with full address, correct postcode and google maps pin. Food did not arrive, 10 mins later called and was told it was on the way. Another 20 mins still no food, called to be told it had been delivered (not to me) they then proceeded to tell me it was my fault and they can’t be expected to check every delivery. I accepted their error and requested a refund to be told they couldn’t do that without my card, yet I paid online. They had never had my card!! Was told lie after lie about where my house was and who they delivered to, seriously doubt they even tried to deliver. Terrible customer service, complete lack of responsibility and no desire to make things right once they had gone wrong. Seriously avoid this place if you actually want any food!! The worst customer service I have ever...
