Subway — Restaurant in Cheltenham

Absolutely disgusting, ordered a Uber eats it arrived it was absolutely disgusting, cold, dry, the cheese was melted on the ham and no where else on the bread, on Uber eats I ordered sauce however on my receipt it wasn’t showing, I drove to take it back so I could get a fresh better one but the lady in the shop was so rude and needs to be sacked, that was not good customer service at all I will be taking This further making a complaint and taking it to head office, the lady started shouting and called me a liar because I said it was horrible which it was other wise I would have eaten it? how can subway hire people who can’t even make a sandwich properly and be so rude Taking this to...

Ever since new staff came on the sandwiches are cut into two peices making eating really messy and annoying, also they don't check the bread as the sandwich i just bought is hard on the outside and crumbles into dust when i bite it. Won't be using this subway anymore. Go to the one by McDonald's, also you will wait for ages as they prioritise delivery drivers over customers already there. Waited 10 mins with only 2 people...

Disappointed unfortunately, the nachos were overdone and didn't taste very nice and the sandwich was overdone in the oven as well - they also ran out of meatballs and it was 1.30pm - every time I've been in there they've run out and weren't helpful at suggesting alternatives. Ended up throwing half my food away so a bit gutted as a waste of £7. Prefer the one on the retail park...
