Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Cherwell District

Visited Costa today with my husband and child. We ordered some food from Nick and as he was packing our items I noticed he was packing the wrong ones. I then said to him he was giving us the wrong food and he said I asked for the wrong food. This is incorrect as the food was labelled up incorrectly. I pointed this out to him and he said that it was not a priority to change the signs around, the queue was. I then replied if I hadn't of spotting what he was doing I would have gone away with the wrong food and this could potentially happen to other customers. He continued to argue and embarrassed me and my family in a very busy coffee shop by being rude. This could also be dangerous if anyone has any allergies. We will not be using this place again. My heavily pregnant wife (8months) and my 4years old daughter needing a break after a long walk were turned down yesterday at 4pm by a member of the staff needing to clean the tables. As she really needed to sit due to painful back and legs, she asked if she could just have a cake and sit in the corner while he is cleaning the other tables, but no chance. Had to leave and find a bench outside. Inconsiderate staff member giving bad image of the brand and values. Living nearby I can confirm this is the last time we spend our money...

Love location, corner of the building with floor to ceiling windows and not on a ground floor, staff poorly maintains cleanliness of shop floor, cutlery, cups and the rest.

They do seem understaffed most of the times, so it's no wonder why at some point you all but abandon the ability to care.
