Over the years I have read terrible feedback from customers of dominos and as yet haven't experience many issues. Staff sometimes are not pleasant but I have always put that down to them been so busy. Tonight I have experienced appalling customer service from the Manager of the Bicester Branch, wouldn't give me his name as I said I was going to complaint for the first time. I normally collect my pizzas as I am 300 yards outside their nearest delivery area, which I have accepted as I have been able to pick up. While the COVID-19 lockdown has been in-place the team have been super nice, and delivered to me our pizzas as they knew my name and knew I was a very regular customer. Its been a treat for the kids and given them some normality. I have done this three times over the last five weeks. Tonight he refused to do it but not in a nice way, but a rude and some what condescending manner. which is totally uncalled for, why have they been able to provide the service before and if we can't pick up why wouldn't they support their loyal customers. I live 9 mins away from they're Bicester Shop. Why can I get a Chinese, Kabab, an Indian. Pizza Hut and Papa Jones deliver here, so why can't they deliver here? you have lost me as a customer but more importantly you shouldn't deliver your message is such a poor way. I was a good customer but not any longer, but from the attitude of the manager he would be to bothered.

I arrived home at 18:55 to a cold pizza that was delivered at 18:44 (my husband was home) The pizza also barely had any topping which was very disappointing as I ordered double chicken and it had minimal cheese. But it did have sweetcorn on which I did not order. When I phoned the store initially they hung up on me twice, then when they did answer and I tried to ask for this to be rectified he advised me that they delivered it on time and nothing they could do, it is completely acceptable for them to delivery earlier then a time slot I had requested. When I said it also had a topping on I didn’t select he said nothing. I asked for a refund and got told no he couldn’t do that I would have to speak to head office, I asked to speak to the manager and got told he was the manager. I was unable to get a word in. Read moreI’m writing this review to express my disappointment with our order. My mother is visiting us, and we wanted to enjoy some quality family time, so we ordered two pizzas. While the pizzas initially looked good, our experience was completely ruined when my mother discovered a long hair embedded in the cheese of her pizza.
This was not just off-putting, but truly revolting. We were all so disgusted and embarrassed that we had to throw everything away, and our family gathering was cut short as we resorted to eating toast instead.
This situation is completely unacceptable, and we are incredibly upset. We expected a much higher standard of hygiene.
