Enter the restaurant waited 5 to 7 minutes to be seated to a table they only had a group of 6 people And that 1 group of 6 people slow down the entire restaurant And that 1 group of 6 people slowed down the entire restaurant Finally when we did get aSeat we were sat down without a menu We had to ask for a menu. After a little wait papadoms n chutney came, after 20mim no sign of starter to be seen. After long wait starter arrived. King prawn puri and a chicken chat which was tasty. After another long wait no sign of mains. Staff kept saying 5min food ready but food no where to be seen. At this point we decided to pay n leave then they sat us back down saying food ready only to receive the wrong food. Their idea of a salad on a biriyani is a Cucumber. After speaking to manger who tried charging for the full meal then he asked the waiter if the food been touched waiter said no manger said bring food back next customer that comes in push for a chicken tika biriyani. Manger said it in bengali. He must have assumed i am not a bengali speaking person. Utterly disgusting management and atrocious customer...

I ordered a couple of items from the menu. It was shocking that everything I ordered was not good. The best thing I probably had is the papadoms. I have been to many Indian restaurants and this was actually the worst.

I had to wait for approximately an hour for the food and the food that arrived was lacking without any authentic flavours.

I ordered butter chicken but what arrived was basically dessert. It felt like eating custard with chicken in it ( it was pale yellow).

I tried explaining that the dish isn’t meant to be like this and got confronted by the manager saying I know nothing about food etc.

Honestly, never again I just thought it was good to put awareness out there for others cause a lot of the reviews are positives ( not many people feel comfortable talking about their bad experiences ) but today everyone that was dining had issues with the food.

Some people will legit tell the server the food was nice then say oh I wouldn’t come here again...

Greedy extortionists. Would not recommend.

We came down as a party of approximately 14 having pre booked. When we sat down nibbles were placed on the table but no orders were taken until well after we had finished, clearly an attempt to get us to buy more drinks (which we would have done anyway without the cheap tricks) It took about 2 hours until mains were delivered. The food was fairly good and the staff were polite. Once we all paid our share of the bill (which the restaurant worked out) we left. We were then chased down the street buy the owner demanding another £50 on the bill, claiming that someone had not paid even though he verified that each individual had paid.

Either he miscalculated the bill and was not owning up to it or he added money onto the bill to try and rinse us for more. At the end of the day it's not acceptable. Would not recommend to anyone for...
