Valentino's — Restaurant in Chesterfield

The way that i have been spoken to by the staff here is absolutely vile. Due to an error somewhere with the address i was spoken to like rubbish. i was told they had been here and been ringing but got no answer. I had no phone call and no one had been here. The driver then went on to say they was not bringing my food and if i wanted it i had to go to the shop for it. When i explained i couldn't as i dont drive and my 2 year old is in bed his response was i dont care if you want your food come and get it from the shop. I repeated that i couldnt but was interrupted by the driver saying he didnt care and then said bye and hung up. I rang back and spoke to who i believe to be the manager who also didnt seem bothered about how i had been spoken to and also spoke to me in an unacceptable manner. when i told him i was looking at the order on uber eats and it says my full address i was told i was incorrect and i should have done the order right. He then continued to say he was unable to send his driver back out as they only have 1 driver and i needed to come and get the order myself. I once again explained that i couldnt and the reason why but was told there was nothing that they can do. This continued for a while. It wasnt until i said so what your telling me is that me and my daughter are not getting fed tonight because of an error on your system that he agreed to resend the food we had ordered 2 hours prior. Even then i was told he would resend it but next time make sure i do it correctly. The staff were very abrupt and spoke in a very aggressive manner and i will not be returning and i recommend everyone else does the same because the way they treat customers...

Very regular at ordering from here...lately our past 2 orders have been wrong. So, just waited 50mins for our order. We ordered our regular pizzas (always the same order).. 1 10" garlic bread pepperoni and 1 10" garlic bread and donner meat with a tub of garlic mayo. They sent out 3 pizzas instead. So we politly said the order was wrong but he said he couldn't return it. So stood at the door we rang back to say it was wrong. After a lot of confusion on their side by the end of conversation we were called liars?! What the hell. He was very high rate,he was yelling down the phone and continued to call us liars. He wouldn't accept that we wanted to return them for the right order either. Customer service has gone down the drain recently. Never ordering...

Phoned up last nite to get rudely spoken to after I asked about 6-a offer 2 calzones and 2 chips and 2 cans of pop all I wanted to know was can we swap chips for cheese chips to after wards to get shouted at down the phone what! Such a shame the customer service has gone down hill as we always used to order from there after that I will not be ordering food from them ever again lost a customer and I’m shocked how they speak to customers on the phone especially when you have a speech impairment frankly I thought the man on the phone was 100% rude and they should go on a customer service course as they don’t know how to speak to customers this is the 5th time ordering and my last time after last nite 2nd June...
