Overly hyped place for its actual food... We had the below and rated accordingly:

  1. Chicken Tikka melt Toasties - 3/5 - there was barely any filling between the breads. It was they could use a better quality of cheese and some more chicken in it.
  2. Chicken Tikka wrap - 2/5 - The chicken was very dry and felt as if it was atleast a day old.
  3. Punjabi Samosa - 3/5 - This felt as if they were trying too hard with adding of Carrots! It would've been much flavourful and authentic if there was slightly more use of spices and no use of carrots.
  4. Vadapav - 3/5 - The vada was average only due to the gram flour coating being too thick making it too dry overall. They use excessive amount of tamarind sauce which destroys and overpowers the entire flavour of the vada itself
  5. Aloo tikki chat - 2/5 - Aloo tikki was absolutely the worst of the lot and definitely not at all recommended. All it tasted was of the tamarind sauce.
  6. Rose Falooda - 4.5/5 - This was spot on and really really good! It was perfectly sweet and balanced, very refreshing and potentially the only good item on their menu which was authentic. The only reason to not give it a 5/5 is because they used whipped cream on top instead of kulfi or ice cream.
  7. Kids Chicken Nuggets - 4.5/5 - These were surely not made in-house but still were of good quality as well as a generous portion for a 3year old.

Overall, the ambience is great for a quick catch up with a friend but surely do not expect any authentic Indian food. At best, it's fusioned excessively so much so that the whole product itself has changed in that process.... Overall rating of...

We wanted to give this place a try since it was new. Sadly, it was disappointing. The menu is quite vast with many dishes that you wouldn’t usually get at Indians. We tried the chai tea. My wife has caramel with hers. We also got the cheesecake and pink chai cake as well. The teas were ok but nothing that special. My wife couldn’t actually finish hers as it was a bit strong. The cheesecake was nice and the pink chai cake was ok but it was a bit soggy. It is worth mentioning that the staff forgot to pack the cheesecake so my wife had to go into store to pick it up. Unfortunately, we left a birthday card and pen in the store. I returned the following day to see if they still had it. The staff tried to have a look for it but they could only find the pen which was a shame. I decided to try more food whilst I was there. I went with the Karachi Bun Kebab, Aloo Paratha, the mango falooda and the Ghulab Jamun Cheesecake. The Karachi bun was ok. The bun itself was cheap and processed. It certainly wasn’t fresh bread. The filling was ok but again, the meat seemed quite artificial. The Aloo Paratha was fine but they forgot to pack the sauce so I had to ask to remind them. The nice yoghurt sauce certainly enhanced the dish. The mango drink was probably my favourite alongside the cheesecake which was also nice. Overall, the dishes are very inexpensive but for a reason. As you can tell they are cheaply made and very processed. It’s quite like a Indian equivalent to a...

Chaiwala, is the best restaurant I've been to is one that not only has amazing food, but also provides excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a unique dining experience. The best restaurant I've been to ticks all of these boxes and more.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel immediately at ease. The decor was stunning, with elegant lighting and tasteful decorations that created a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The menu was extensive and offered a wide range of dishes, from classic favorites to more adventurous options. The food was beautifully presented, and the flavors were exquisite. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, making for an unforgettable dining experience.

Throughout the meal, the service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, and they provided excellent recommendations. They were attentive without being intrusive, and they anticipated our every need. Chaiwala is , the best restaurant I've been to is a true gem. It offers exceptional food, service, and atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special...

We tried Samosa, Pani Puri, Butter Chicken Roll and Karak Chai. Not a single thing was good/authentic and I won't ever waste my money here. Would not recommend it at all. You can see from the pics that the samosas look totally out of shape and burned on the edges. Chai was not at all close to being Karak. Felt more like water with a pinch of milk and sugar. I expected better as their name is Chaiwala. Ambience-wise, the music was too loud. So loud that the only person available there to service had to shout for every single order at least 5-6 times. Since there was only a single service person, all tables were filled with leftovers by the time we left. Ordering is a pain as you've to enter every personal detail in their app that you can access via the QR code on the table. So much friction. Why do they need my email address and house address for a dining order? Weird.

I am used to their branch in Glasgow, this branch doesn’t come close to it in terms of food quality and services. We were asked to sit in a table that had plates of the people before us, the waiter only cleared it after we asked, to our surprise with only dry tissues. And threw the crumbs on the floor. Afterwards we asked another waiter to come clean it with detergent then she did. Food: One of my sandwiches had a bite like cut. Which i returned, the took a minute changed the bun then sent it back to me. Overall the taste wasn’t as good as we are used to in Glasgow branch. I hope the management, look into there’s comments and address the issues. I gave three star for the atmosphere because the automatic door was bringing cold air every time it opened it was like siting outdoor in cold day. Maybe investing in a air curtain would solve it. The
