Burger King — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

Avoid this place at all costs! We ordered on 17/08/2024 and the practices going on in this restaurant are nothing short of deplorable and atrocious. The hygiene levels were disgusting nobody washing hands staff don't know what they are doing and there was one guy wearing a coat and no hat just wandering in and out of the kitchen and around the garage as he pleased with his hands in his pockets! The food we ordered the fries were cold the juice tasted more like water (even despite the fact you fill your own!) My girlfriends chicken royale was a chicken disaster and we ended up throwing it all away when we got home. We will not be back and I deeply advise you to keep away unless you are not bothered by hygiene standards and bad practices of cooking which I'd worrying when we're talking about chicken and the fact they can't make hot fries! Very worrying! It was like the blind leading the blind. STAY AWAY AT...

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Burger King. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The service was excellent—fast, efficient, and with a smile every time.

The food quality was outstanding. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The chef manager truly stands out—clearly dedicated to maintaining top-notch standards and ensuring every meal is perfect. You can really tell that the whole team takes pride in their work.

Everyone in the store was helpful and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Burger King has gone above and beyond to create an environment where customers feel valued and appreciated.

Overall, Burger King is absolutely amazing. Between the delicious food, excellent service, and fantastic staff, it’s a place I’ll always be happy to visit again.

Ordered from here through Just Eat multiple times on a family members account whilst visiting. Each and every single time items are missing from the bag. From chips and sauces to £10 burgers. Bag still sealed upon delivery each time. Double checked my order on app today as well as receipt on the bag. My receipt was correct in comparison to my order. My £10 burger has yet again not been placed in the bag. The staff will happily add in sauces and chips that weren't ordered but will leave out a burger from an order for 4 people.

It's not hard to read an order and double-check a bag before handing it over to drivers.

It is absolutely gutting when you are the only person having to go without their dinner and everyone else is eating.

I am just glad it is me that is missing out on my dinner tonight and not one of my kids.

Will not be ordering...
