Pizza Express — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

My son had his birthday party here just last week! The party was hosted by Kirby and Stano, who were amazing! There was not a dull moment at the party, the kids sat down to have their starters before washing their hands and putting on aprons and hats to get ready to be mini chefs! There were 28 kids at the party and the staff handled this very well! They made their pizzas themselves with help from staff and got to choose their own toppings. There also was a best pizza award which had the children excited to design their pizza! yhey had options available for children who are veggie, non dairy! The children then handed their pizzas over to the chefs and washed their hands to sit back down again. Unlimited amounts of squash served at the table with balloon decorations and colouring in worksheets where they could design their own pizzas. Once the pizzas were severed and I was going around the tables to check on the kids they all kept a saying how AMAZING the party was and how amazing their pizza is! After their meal they had dessert served which looked really fancy and the kids all enjoyed it! A huge thank you to KIRBY AND STANO and other staff who made the my sons birthday the talk of his class! I highly recommend pizza express birthdays for anyone...

After my review regarding the restaurant in north bridge which doesn't allow me to have my crisps with my meal. I was contacted by the communication team saying it was not in their policy to not allow customers eating crisps. They offered me 2 meals for the inconvenience. Hence I gave this restaurant another shot but I still avoided the north bridge one. This time I went to the ocean terminal one I went to this restaurant 2 months ago with my mom and really it had no relationship with the north bridge one. One this restaurant was fantastic. I was able to have my own crisp and juice and no one bother me about that. The waitress Sophie is just amazing. so helpful, so kind. Thank you very much and please continue to be so outstanding.

Update: It is my pleasure to share with people the truth about the best place to visit and where to eat. So of course, I will definitely visit you again in the future, with friends and family :)....

A little over priced for the portion size of pizza, I ordered the bbq burnt ends and the pizza was rather small in comparison to the American hot. However the food was lovely, and would happily try something different next time, the hot honey dough balls are also very good. The restaurant was rather quiet and we had to wait a while to be seated as front of house wasn’t present, our service was very rushed. Very friendly but I felt pushed out the restaurant rather quickly which was strange as the only two other tables one was forgotten about and left waiting to get their bill, and the other left to enjoy at peace. I didn’t get a chance to try my food before being asked how it was and every opportunity I had to make any conversation with my meal I was interrupted each...
