I had real trouble communicating with the guy taking the order, his English was very poor and he kept getting it wrong. Fortunately there’s a little screen so you can see what you have ordered. The service was slooooooow. More than 20 minutes from paying to receiving food, with 3 staff cooking and only a handful of others in the shop (also waiting - longer than us as I complained and got food; and they ordered just before us). It was hard to find the cheese and literally only one pepper in the burger like wHAT!!! . This is a place to avoid all costs as lots of other good burger joints on the high street. Poor poor poor staff also look and sounded miserable. Floor needed a good mop as did the windows needed a hood clean. Not scared to look in the back...
