Pizza Bros — Restaurant in Colchester

Absolutely disapointed with pizza bros, I ordered 3 milkshakes and cookies, I ordered at 6.15 and delievery time was meant to be 7.05, my order did not arrive until 7.30, I then was disgusted that all of the milkshakes I had purchased were as runny as water. I paid a total of £13.50 for the milkshakes, I then discovered that the cookies I had paid £4 for were black and tasted of charcoal, they was also dripping in grease. I thought the customer is always right but after speaking to an employee/manager I learnt that was not the case, he was shouting over me and using faul language. He was swearing at me and telling me that the original delievery time of 7.05 never existed, he then continued to say that I was completely wrong and that his products are 100% fine. When i was trying to explain my problem he got so abusive and refused to help me I then hung up, this is the first time I have ordered from them and i will NEVER order from the again, I will be also telling friends and family not to order...

As a girl who absolutely loves her food, a late night visit was in order to try out this takeaways pizza!

I was all but floored by the prices as £7.99 for a large pizza was like oh wow & then some.....

It was made very quickly & cooked to perfection.

No complaints here at all.

After picking it up & walking home like 8 minutes away, the pizza was still very hot.

Again no complaints here.

Upon tasting the only complaint I do have is that it was a little on the bland side taste wise.

Maybe it's just me & someone else will feel differently.

We all have our own opinions & as such I will give 4 stars which is due to the taste & nothing else.

For the price of this pizza you simply cannot go wrong at all, so I highly recommend you try & see what you think.

Ordered food from their leaflet and had a difference of £10 and not in my favour! Once got past the incorrect prices they then didn't honor the deal on the leaflet delivered two days prior to ordering. Then told 45-60 mins for delivery. Waited an hour and 15 mins and called back to be told their busy and be another 10-15 mins. Still waiting and 15 mins have already passed. To be fair I don't care how the food tastes now. If you can't honour your prices and can't deliver on time then don't bother. Oh and the card machine isn't working to top...
