Worst experience of me ordering food on an app.

The restaurant driver/s are incompetent and not in their working state of mind. I ordered the food to the Marine Hotel with the postcode Address: The Promenade, Marine Hotel, Vaughan St, Llandudno LL30 1AN.

They delivered it a marine hotel in another town with the postcode 236 Abergele Rd, Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay LL29 9YH. How can someone who's in full state of mind miss another town when the postcode is in the address.

Someone who is high on something and that's what we found out when we approached the hotel hungry after 2 hours of not receiving the order and the restaurant insisting that it was delivered to a wrong address. The delivery driver still had the cheek to show me on his phone the wrong address and the lady with him was threatening us.

We went to the wrong hotel regardless to show her on the map that this wasn't our address and she was still rude and threatening towards me and my friend. Please flag this hotel as a establishment who doesn't have a very competent delivery personnel in place for the customers as this was a completely...

Really not impressed. Food arrived late, stone cold and soggy after telling me I'd missed them because I wasn't in. I was sat in my kitchen waiting for them the entire time and no-one knocked. Most of the food was binned. Won't be using them again.

EDIT ...I would just like to add that I have a very loud barky dog who didn't even hear the driver knock so either they must have barely touched the door or got the wrong address (but my door also has a fully working doorbell on which didnt go off)...also, I was only called AFTER the food had returned to the shop. Maybe the delivery drivers should be provided a mobile phone so when their feather weight door knocking isn't answered, they can call and say they...

I had a takeaway delivery this evening and the food was top notch. I ordered donner meat, chicken donner meat, side salad and a can of diet coke. The salad was completely fresh and the chicken Donner meat was so fresh and tasty. The Donner meat was also very nice. Nothing to fault here. Great food. I would recommend. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from here because it's my first time and there were a small amount of bad reviews. I have ordered from other establishments before and the Donner meat was hard, the chicken Donner was completely shredded and the salad old and limp. So my experience this evening was...
