Recently moved to Colwyn Bay and took my little girl for a wander down into the Bay after nursery mid-week. We actually intended to visit Haus based on their Google reviews, but saw this place next door and was very glad of our choice! It was clearly popular - all tables full or reserved, but they were hospitable and accommodating, squeezing us in at the back without a booking. Really lovely and friendly and prompt service, food was great and a great menu! You guys made us feel at home, and we will definitely be back! Thank you! 🌞 *Visited again a few weeks later and sat outside. Service and food was once again fantastic!

A nice café in the centre of town. Flat White served good coffees that were a little lacking in latte art but were otherwise well made. The food was okay, but the bacon roll couldn't have been any more basic, would have been good to dress it up with something for the price, otherwise cheaper and similar food is available nearby. Perhaps the more extravagant food is better here? Service was really friendly, and they accommodated us without a booking on short notice, so top marks there.

The shop is cosy and it has a lovely warm atmosphere. There is a big variety of food and drinks. I ordered the scone with jam and cream and I dare say it was the best scone I've ever tried. The cream and the scone were fresh and homemade, so the quality was a clear A. There is still some improvement to go with the coffee and then it will be a top destination for me when I visit again.

I honestly can’t recommend Flat White Café in Colwyn Bay enough — it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

I had the salt and chilli chicken basket with slaw and fries, and it was phenomenal. The chicken was unbelievably tender and juicy inside, with a crispy, flavour-packed coating that was just perfection. Every bite was full of flavour — they absolutely smashed it.

Then came the tiffin for dessert, and wow — it completely blew me away. It wasn’t like any tiffin I’ve had before, but it was honestly next level — rich, delicious, and totally unforgettable.

On top of all that, the staff were so, so lovely — genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special.

Flat White Café is a total gem. If you’re anywhere near Colwyn Bay, you NEED to go. I’m already planning...

The Flat White Cafe is my personal favourite cafe in Colwyn Bay as you feel so welcome from the very moment you step through the door. I absolutely adore the old style they've got going on with the furniture, decor and lighting. The coffee is cheaper than your typical coffee shops such as Costa or Starbucks, but it's so much better, it tastes great and is even presented to you in such a nice way. The waitresses and waiters are always smiling, always making sure you're happy and have such a lovely way of making you feel like they really appreciate your company. There's even free WiFi! I 100% and always will recommend this cafe to anyone, especially if you like a warm environment to read a book, get some work done, catch up with a friend or family member, or just fancy some nice...

The food here is really good. Unfortunately the attitude isn't. I was served milk in a small jug that had not been correctly cleaned, with yellow stale milk inside. I mentioned it to my server and asked that she pass it to the manager. No apology (my dining companion will confirm) no acknowledgement of who was the manager. I later politely messaged (as other customers may have had unclean tableware) and received a passive aggressive, immature response, naming members of staff. I was not looking for a £3.30 refund (seriously?) and I was supporting a local business. Will never return, and my recommendation is to check the cleanliness of...
