Food was ok, experience was very bad We booked a table a few days in advance. When we arrived we were given a table pulled away from a group table with only a few inches from that table. There was another empty table for two in a better position and we asked to sit there instead. After a few minutes we were told it'd be ok Food arrived promptly and was fine However, after an hour and 10 mins from arrival we were given the bill and told the next booking has arrived and we need to leave. This was a celebration meal for us, we'd brought champagne yet we didn't even get halfway through the bottle We asked how long a table booking was for and told 1.5 hours, we didn't even get full 1hour 10 mins. We'd wanted dessert but that wasn't possible At payment we were told they'd overbooked and blamed us for changing tables. How dare they blame a customer for their bad planning?? Anyway, they ruined a celebratory evening, they made a small gesture of taking £5 off the bill but it wasn't about the money We've been coming here for years and we're really disappointed that this is how they treat...

Ordered a lamb tikka curry after enquiring if it had yogurt in it, and was given a lamb jalfrezi. on delivering the food, boss was extremely rude and and said i ordered a lamb jalfrezi. when 11 people on the table heard me change the order after realising the tikka curry didnt have yougurt. Then ordered a rubicon mango and he laughed saying iv found it too hot 👀 the drink never turned up so had to again ask a differnt waiter. then asked for the bill and was over charged by £25. prior to paying another waiter dismissed the claim by indictating they had been running the business for 25 years while the boss was recalculating the real bill. was then refunded. but owner has no people skills and lamb it stale and very tough. no...

We ordered a £68 takeaway from here last night, everything was inedible. The mixed grill was so dry and must have been initially cooked days before, for £16 we got about 4 pieces of meat.The tikka masala was a loose gravy consistency and did not reflect a traditional tikka masala, the chips were half cooked and rubbery, even with us picking up straight away.
