Absolutely Disappointing Experience- Would Strongly Advise Against Visiting I visited Anatolia today and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were shockingly unwelcoming . No smiles, no courtesy, and certainly no sense of hospitality. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We ordered two mains and two drinks, the total came to nearly £38, which would have been acceptable if the quality, portion size, or service justified the cost but none of it did. The food was extremely overpriced, and the portion sizes were embarrassingly small. Worst of all, the lamb shish smelled off clearly not fresh. When I raised this issue, instead of acknowledging the concern professionally, the staff were rude and defensive, insisting there was nothing wrong. Strangely enough, they did offer to change it to a chicken shish after arguing which only confirmed that something was indeed wrong with the original dish. The place was completely empty during our visit, we stayed for around an hour, and not a single other customer walked in. Frankly, I’m not surprised. With this level of service and such poor value for money, it’s clear why locals are staying away. I hope someone from senior management reads this, because this branch is seriously damaging the Anatolia name and reputation. What we experienced today was not just disappointing, it was unacceptable. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are far better Turkish restaurants in the area — this one is beyond PATHETIC.

WOW!!!I visited Anatolia on the 12th April at 4pm with my prtnr and good friend,it was quiet when we arrived I think the lunchtime rush had been and gone,it soon got busier 5pm onwards restaurant was half full during our just over two hour visit, there was traditional music playing which created that Authentic feeling, the staff were very friendly and explained anything we weren't sure of. The food was hot, well presented and VERY tasty!sorry I cannot remember the names, but my prtnr had no1 off Chefs Specials and mine was a no7,my friend is Vege,so he had the Mantar Guvec, roasted veges in a tomato and herby sauce with cheese on top. Our two mains were lamb based, mine was roasted lamb chunks on a bed of yoghurt with peppers and herbs,VERY tender meat,my prtnrs was lamb pieces wrapped in pitta parcels with rice,we had salad bread and dips which were complimentary, we had falafel and an Aubergine starter and my friend had a lovely rice dish, sorry cannot remember names,we will however attach pictures,we really enjoyed our meals it was very relaxed and food was five out of five. I recommend this Restaurant,my first time in going,I will definitely be going back,I booked my table online, you can ring also,Resturant is easy to get to,on the Earlsdon high street, parking is around the back of the property.

After over a year of lockdown, we all look forward to a date night, takeaway or a lazy day ***FLAWLESS & OUTSTANDING*** The best eatery jewel around Earlsdon!!! Cannot go wrong with this Turkish restaurant (eat in / takeaway). This eatery deserves every single star 5/5: + The hygiene is the best I have seen in a very long while. + They offer some free salad, bread, dips and mini desserts (on the house) when you order a platter for two as shown on the pictures. + Prices are very reasonable & the quality and quantity of the food is just beyond words. + The food is cooked on the spot. It's s so savory and fresh regardless of the time of the day / night. + Very serene environment to enjoy a meal and drinks. + The staff are so polite & friendly plus the boss is just so humble that he opens & closes the door after each customer. + There are sitting areas both inside and outside (at the front). +There are a few street parking around. The only minus is: - It just opened less than a year and many still don't know it exists.

We were there on Sat afternoon from 3pm. The food came out real fast and it tasted using fresh ingredients. We were party of 5, ordered halloumi for starter, 2 mixed platters with different types of rice and one plate of grilled kebab with chips, with teas and some desserts. All very tasty and presented well, I would give 5 stars to the chef. Shame with the hospitality, they dont seem liking us as customers and could not hide it. First, when seated first time, we asked for complimentary turkish bread and were told we wont get one until placing an order. Wow, never had that kind of told off in any Turkish eatery places we have been to I felt embarassed for asking. Second, we paid at the cashier so our friends wont need to see the bill, then went back to the table. We havent quite finished our dessert (kunafeh and choc cheese cake) and were swiftly told we only have 10 more minutes as they need the table. We said OK we will clear the table by 5pm (we were there for reunion with old friends who were on short visit to the UK). Didnt even offered to move us to different tables as I was initially thinking of ordering some coffees. Within 4 mins by 4.56pm, the male waiter came back rushing us out of the door. They clearly didnt like us and just want to have good riddance of us. Well, its bye bye from me...
