Only 2 stars for the atmosphere. The service and product are not good at all. Ordered a macchiato and asked whether they have a caramel one. The waitress said yes and I requested a caramel macchiato. However, to my suprise I was charged 50p extra without being notified that theres a charge for the syrup itself only.

I am really disappointed This is a regular place we go each night after dog walk and costa us a good amount To find when get back in car that it’s only half full is terrible This happens so often and it’s because there is no communication with staff It’s to expensive to have Half a cup

The worst drive thru I've ever experienced... it's the simple things that matter . Please see my review in the image which I accidentally posted to the Warwickshire retail park Costa which I will remove as soon as I post this one...

Rude nasty staff. No customer service skills. Cold coffee when I specifically asked for extra hot. Stay away if you’re not looking to be in a bad mood all day after ordering your morning coffee. Not giving it any stars. However it won’t let me post without giving it one.

This morning was the first time I went to this Drive Thru. The one opposite TGI’s in Coventry. When asked what I wanted, the lady was rather irritated and when I changed my order she barked at he tannoy ‘what actually do you want’ rather rudely. And then barked ‘drive to the window’. Upon waiting she didn’t sound very forthcoming to any customer in cars!!!!

Furthermore I got to the window. I asked if I could add another croissant to my order (bear in mind a cold already prepared one, which they could have stuck in a bag. She went ‘no not right now you’ll have to go back through the drive thru!’ She then stuck the payment machine out of her window without even telling me how much I was to pay?? I had to ask. She snapped at me the cost.

She was an Asian girl with a nasty attitude problem. As my window was open and whilst I drove off I couldn’t help myself but say (as she truely had now put me in a bad mood over just ordering my breakfast)...”this has to be the worst Costa ever. You’re so RUDE’. Wait for it. She heard me. Had the time to stop and give me a dirty look and shake her head (in which time she could have give me my extra croissant).

I’ve tried to look up the number for this disgrace of a Costa (who needs aggro with your morning coffee) but not so surprisingly there’s no number. I wonder why?

Stay away! Oh ps. The croissant was nothing special for the price. I get better at Tesco Finest. And the chocolate twist has gone downhill. Half the size....

What a nonsense- so apparently this Costa is open from 7am to 6pm every day. Last Friday we came at 5:30pm rushed after work to have a coffee to go, drink it in the car at the car park and have some “normal”time. And thanks God we came at that time as lady came out from Costa at 5:50pm and closed the drive thru!!! One car came still before 6pm and they had to drive away. Today it was even worse - we have rushed again and it was 5:30pm on a dot and a couple of people came outside from the shop - I believe they were clients asking again why the drive thru is closed and they told us as we were there 30min before closing time that as they are short staff they had decided to close!!! I am looking through the drive through glass while we were driving away and some lady was rushing and cleaning the coffee machine ! What is wrong with this shop? If it says open until 6pm the last cup of coffee should be still made at :5:59pm nobody cares that you have to still clean the coffee machines and whatever else. You will get paid for cleaning time I believe . I feel like staff are making there own rules and think that it’s ok to cheat customers ! You could at least put on your FB page that yous gonna close half an hour before - don’t you think!? What a nonsense! See you next Friday I will take a video how you are all closing before 6pm...

Last Saturday I chose to go through the drive through and ordered 2 lattes, one being a lactose free and the other being normal. At the payment window made the payment and then was given the first latte which the lady said was lactose free after double checking with the barista. I put it in my car cup holder and then was given the second standard one . Got home and gave the lactose free one to my wife.. immediately she felt something was not right and asked me to taste it and I said tastes ok having never tried lactose free milk . She made the wrong decision and assumed it was ok but is now suffering quite badly. My upset is just how difficult would it be for someone making the coffees to either put a marker on it either with a pen or a sticker or even a specific takeaway cup colour coded differently. Another concern and I guess this risk comes with drive through orders just how do we know that the milk used in lactose free will be just that as what happened to me. COSTA please look into this as you can make lactose intolerance...
