Greggs — Restaurant in Coventry

Really shocked at the lack of customer service from Greggs this morning from the younger member of staff that was working.

Ordered a bacon and sausage batch with red sauce and a sausage and egg batch with brown.

They both had brown sauce put on them. Luckily I noticed so asked for the bacon and sausage to have red sauce put on it. I didn't see her do them but when I got home I realised she had swapped them over and put the red sauce on the sausage and egg.

Also the batch had not been cut properly so the fillings all fell out as soon as they were taken out the bags.

My husband took them back to be corrected and was spoken to very rudely and told that it was in fact my fault.

Hi went in here today with my husband. We were looking for cheese baguette unfortunately there wasn't any. We asked the lad behind the counter as it was for my mother in law and she is fussy. He said there wasn't any , so rang my mother in law up to see if she wanted another option. While I was doing this, the nice young lad , said he could make us two up if we wanted. We said thankyou, that would be lovely. It was very kind of him and he was very polite and very willing to help. So thankyou again. You have very good staff...

Absolute shambles. All of the baguettes were really pale as though they had never actually been cooked. Over a third of baguettes and sandwiches were missing and this was at 11:30 a.m. before the lunchtime rush. Just took a bite of my tuna crunch baguette and it tasted sour and disgusting.
