Greggs — Restaurant in Coventry

I wanna complain about what sort of food shop would sell very cold food to the customers cold pizzas cold streaks bakes no security guard outside and everytime a customer asks one of the staff can you warm it up they tell them sorry we're not allowed to and that's not right nobody wants to eat cold food they also give the left others to the homeless people and I don't again with that either why should they get free food for nothing but everyone else has to pay i also to go in there and ask for a pepperoni pizza and streak bake and it was always cold at the end of the day if I pay for something I expect it to be hot and fresh i bought a streak bake from there once and the next day...

Every time you go into this greggs there is limited amount of hot food or any food at all.. today went in and no food at all as pipe broke in Birmingham so I was told.. food never hot.. always warm and not enough of.. 5 customers in shop and no food aww tell a lie 4 festive bakes came out of oven.. this is a busy shopping centre and it’s the worse greggs.. we renamed it dreggs! Come on Greggs.. not good enough.. busy Black Friday and pay weekend.. can’t recommend anything as nothing ever...

On entering the premises, right outside in the seating area of 4 tables, at the door sits a very dirty, smelly man, who is there everyday smoking and filling the shop with fag smoke. Not pleasant to be around, all he does is stare and comments on people passing, it made my stay very uncomfortable. I imagine with all the time he is there spending no more than 5pounds, the money you must be losing could be detrimental to...
