I ordered stuffed peppers from here. They peppers were undercooked, and eating them made me think "I could do better" so I did.

I used rice, onion, prawn, coriander, salt, tomato and herbs, with a little bit of anchovy. Tomato paste and lemon could be used as a substitute.
