Nexus Café by Eatwise (formerly NAIC Café) — Restaurant in Coventry

I never thought you could actually make a bad beef burger but the people at this cafe proved me wrong today. I had the beef burger and every element of it was terrible, the meat was undercooked, there was no taste to it whatsoever, it seemed like it had been microwaved because it was cold and when it came the cheese wasn’t melted, the bun broke as soon as I touched it and the salad wasn’t fresh. I didn’t finish it because it was inedible. The lady at the till could use a customer service course. Also, very expensive, I would avoid eating at this place....

This is a great place to stop for coffee on campus and the only downsides are that it's quite expensive and it can get very busy so you end up having a long wait. Other than that, it's got a really nice feel to it, the staff are really obliging and when it's quiet it's a really nice place to grab a coffee and catch up. I haven't tried the food but other colleagues have said it's nice and it's a good place to grab a sandwich if you don't want the walk...
