Starbucks Drive Thru — Restaurant in Coventry

I'm excited to be the first review for this Starbucks! I'm a big fan of Starbucks beverages, and this place does an excellent job making them taste just right! My Eggnog Latte was very delicious and just the right temperature.

The staff here are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and they're happy for a quick chat when it's not too busy to build rapport, which is great as it's a good sign of training for customer service.

This is a drive-thru location with a good amount of seating inside as well. The front door has an accessible entrance where someone can push the button and it will open automatically. There are also two disabled parking bays right out front as well.

There are a wide selection of sandwiches, salads, vegan options, and of course the indulgent pastries, cakes and cookies. There's the normal reusable cups areas and special one-off items for purchase. And of course the normal Starbucks drinks. They even took it a step further with an electronic screen menu which changes to show the specials.

The place is shiny and new, and there were a handful of brand new sparkling espresso pulling stations for the anticipation of long queues. It was fully staffed and ready for business.

The location is right next to the bowling alley, across from Tesco and across from the cinema and hotel. So it's very centrally located for anyone who plans to be in the area. And if you're on your way to see a movie and you're running late, you can just drive-thru and grab something on your way too I guess.

All and all I give this place a five-stars and positive review from my experience, and I'll be back there again when in the area. I really hope this location keeps up the good work of excellent customer service and...

Very , very poor from the “staff” who lacked any customer service and in my opinion experience , it does not take an awful lot of common sense to use manners , not ONE of the “staff” seemed to know what they were doing clueless was an impression I got , from taking our orders to actually witnessing one member of staff wiping down the ugly mug with a cloth and not a paper cloth and when I requested a replacement she threw the Mocha drink in the sink only to remake another I say remake it was actually an attempt to make a mocha in a mug they use for tea and as I paid extra for cream she forgot that too , there’s more I could write about this despicable place I wasted 1, my money , 2 my time and 3, any effort to try and see any right , I’m truly surprised how a place of this kind has any customers at all my only conclusion I will not be going back, awful staff , atmosphere well there wasn’t any , cleanliness of the shop awful so no I will not be going back and certainly should any of my friends or family ask I will be definitely not...

Starbucks is My no1. Especially over Christmas for the eggnog latte. Went to one in Birmingham last week and I went to order my eggnog but the lady told me they ran out.... this frustrated me as they could of put a sign up to say... she did however told me i can try another starbucks not so far from there... nope. So ordered something else! CV2 starbucks... never really get a problem there as normally everyone is lovely. However, one time I ordered 2 eggnog lattes, a red velvet cake and a muffin. There were people waiting. I was watching the whole time and eventually after 20 mins or so, one cup was made and he was so rude about it saying he re made them as no one came. I did say I was watching the whole time and nothing was made, he was so rude. I did complain to management there and even she said there was nothing handed in for wash up that was full.
