A great little Greggs attached to an Esso service station. It's a standalone box, and not inside the Londis/garage structure. As a result it may keep different opening hours. Staff is unprofessional and unhygienic and they don’t have customer service skills at all. It’s look like all Indian students they hire without any food business knowledge. Staff definitely required full training . I been to greegs so many times around london but never had this kind of worst experience. Extremely avoid Horley Greegs. Poor service...
