AMAZING !!The customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable.The hygiene is wonderful, I couldn't see a mess or piece of dirt anywhere .Most importantly JK munchbox is welcoming and a warming place. The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is possibly the best ever .Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of me and karl.kareena and the main chef were so very accommodating and informed about our special dietary needs and asked if we would like our food in a certain way . I was present in the cafe when a customer ordered three coffees from the manager, who was interrupted by a phone call, the barista immediately took over the order, he repeated the order to the customer to make sure he’d heard it correctly at which point the man rudely questioned whether he knew how to make coffee. The barista taken aback pointed to his certificate on the wall, the customer continued his aggressive stance, swearing in a threatening manner as the barista politely explained that he did know but was making sure he made is order correctly. customer service was phenomenal. I definitely feel that Kareena should get some sort of company recognition as she went above and beyond the normal customer service expectations and was filled with such enthusiasm. My customer service experience with her was so inviting and lovely, she made my entire day.
