Wingos — Restaurant in Crawley

Ordered food from this place. Their 'weekday' offer. It arrived on time but when I cut into the chicken it was pink/raw on the inside and had clear juice coming out of it. My husband rang the restaurant to ask what our options were as it was getting late and kids wanted dinner.

We were told to bring the order and they can either cancel or they can make another one in 30mins. We decided to get them to make another one and took the order with him.

My husband was told the colour is due to the sauce,which def wasnt the case. The man serving him was rude, aggressive. He was told "you ppl always do this to get a refund". It's litrally the first time I ordered but def will be the last. The man also made personal mocking comments about my husband which was totally uncalled for.

After about 40mins, I recieved 2 text from just eats; 1 telling me the restaurant cancelled my order and I will get a refund followed by another stating the restaurant cancelled the order and i wont be getting a refund. I called the restaurant to find out what's going on. They said my husband must have cancelled the order and to speak with just eats as he doesn't know anything! When I insisted my husband did no such thing, the worker hung up on me.

Please don't waste your time/money. Do not buy...

I actually had a brilliant takeaway from these guys, I didn't have a chance to deal with customer service but I thought their chicken wings were delicious and the bald chicken was tasty with the mango and lime. However their mashed potato was disgusting I couldn't eat that, but really good chicken I am ordering again tonight from them but trying their coleslaw and chips, people sometimes leave bad reviews trying to slander restaurants at least they are trying to serve up foods be thankful...
