I can not possibly believe it. After an 18 hour journey, flying over night, the only thing I wished for was a black coffee on the way home before a long, exhausting day of work.
I receive my coffee and rush my way to the train. Arrived at the platform I take a zip of the what I thought to be my hard earned elixir of life… To my utter disgust I immediately noticed the foul taste of milk. Utterly disgusting. I made sure to explicitly order a BLACK FILTER COFFEE. But Apparently it was too difficult to not put milk inside. I am very disappointed as the only thing I deeply wished for was a black coffee… HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY GET THAT WRONG!?
Edit: After getting in touch with Customer Support it got a refund for the coffees and Even a Little more! Amazing customer service - everything went...

Had the worst experience at this Pret location. The staff were rude, uninterested, and made it clear they didn’t care about customer service. I waited ages to be served, even though there was no long queue, and when I finally got my order, it was completely wrong.
When I politely asked for it to be fixed, the employee sighed, rolled their eyes, and acted like I was an inconvenience. No apology, no effort to make things right—just pure attitude. The place wasn’t even that busy, so there was no excuse for the lack of basic customer care.
To top it off, the food wasn’t fresh, and the coffee tasted burnt. Definitely not the Pret standard I’m used to. Won’t be coming back to this location—management seriously needs to train their staff...

After we ordered our food and drinks, we were waiting at the side, and a member of staff mentioned our drink’s name while making a very DISGUSTING UNBELIEVABLE FACIAL EXPRESSION.
