It has happened in the past but staff are usually remorseful and make a good drink after to correct the mistake but the one today just told me that’s the recipe they have for chai latte.
I have to say you have serious competition of other people making this drink worthwhile and at a fair price.

However, if Caffe Nero want Deliveroo and the like to collect orders they need to increase the number of staff serving. Today I and around a dozen other customers had to wait over 10 mins to be served as the staff were dealing with a large Deliveroo order which required drinks to be made there and then, not in advance of collection.
