I am a regular drinker of chai latte. Today it has completely put me off when I got charged £4:15 and got sold a cup of milk with cinnamon. It has happened in the past but staff are usually remorseful and make a good drink after to correct the mistake but the one today just told me that’s the recipe they have for chai latte.

I have to say you have serious competition of other people making this drink worthwhile and at a fair price.

I won’t be paying for anymore chai latte or similar drink in here again. Selling people milk for £4:15 is indirectly stealing money off people. The least you f do is make a descent drink, that’s the only reason I go to a cafe to buy a drink...

I visit this store several times a week and would normally give 5 stars as the coffee is the best and the staff very helpful even though they're very busy. However, if Caffe Nero want Deliveroo and the like to collect orders they need to increase the number of staff serving. Today I and around a dozen other customers had to wait over 10 mins to be served as the staff were dealing with a large Deliveroo order which required drinks to be made there and then, not in advance of collection.
