Disappointing Experience Not for Real Coffee Lovers

I visited this cappuccino coffee shop after reading some positive Google reviews, but unfortunately my experience was far from what I had hoped. Starting with the cappuccino, it’s priced similarly to other local cafes, but the quantity was surprisingly small and the quality even more disappointing. The espresso shot had an unpleasant taste, and the milk, both steamed and frothed, lacked the smoothness and consistency you’d expect from a decent cup. Overall, the coffee was subpar and honestly not much better than what you’d get from McDonald’s.

Trying the cannoli turned out to be a bigger mistake as it tasted nothing like an authentic Italian cannoli and left me regretting the order.

I pop in here quite often, generally on weekend mornings if I’m in town for shopping. It’s definitely my favourite place for coffee in the area, and the food is good too (my partner absolutely loves their toasted sandwiches, and there’s always a lovely selection of Italian pastry on offer). Extremely rude staff, especially the owner. Cafe looks pleasant, shame it was ruined by the staff. Don't try take a photo inside because the staff get 'offended'. Immediately harrassed and bombarded us with aggressive questions, why we took a photo and which social media platform we put it on etc. If you are so sensitive about controlling customers taking photos or using social media then perhaps you should put warning signs up!!!
