Muffin Break — Restaurant in Dacorum

Muffin Break is a café style Al fresco-esque establishment in the centre aisle of Marlowes Shopping Centre. I was most pleased to learn that they vend vegan muffins as I am vegan. I had one with a black coffee. The coffee was weak and the muffin was soft and fluffy but bland. My girlfriend was happy with her hot chocolate, of which she was most complimentary and loved her muffin. Horses for courses, as they say. I didn't pay, so I am unsure of the value. The table was thoroughly wiped down before we sat. All in all, a comforting sit down and mixed emotions regarding the products on offer. The staff were all pleasant and the place seemed well run. Very friendly staff and fantastic service, the ladies are always willing to help and make your trip special. The food is fantastic with a selection of fresh sandwiches, flatbreads, paninis, muffins, cakes ect. All available warmed, they will offer this to you at the till. Portion sizes are very good and well matched for price.

The pigs in blankets flatbread is to die for along with a mouth watering warmed blueberry muffin...would recommend to anyone visiting Hemel Hempstead who is looking for a tasty well priced lunch.

We entered the store today and asked for two bagels we were told by the man in the video that he wasn’t serving and that we should ask one of his colleagues.
