Yes, I was on holiday in Hemel Hempstead and walked to this Peaches n Cream location in the mall near the Snow Centre on August 17 around 1:30pm in the afternoon. I told the employee working there that I didn't like ginger, and could she recommend a drink, so she suggested the Cooler, which didn't include ginger. When I got my drink, it tasted intensely like ginger, so I brought it back to her to ask if it was the right drink. She assured me that yes, it was, but it may taste like ginger because they don't have time to clean the machines between customers. When I asked if I could get a replacement that doesn't taste like ginger, she said yes, but I would have to pay again. I left my gingery drink there and left.
