What a gem of a restaurant! We came for lunch as a party of nine on Sunday afternoon and were warmly welcomed. The lady who served us was incredibly attentive and kind, especially towards the three children in our group. She was also wonderfully considerate with my mother-in-law, giving her extra time to be seated and enjoy her meal at her own pace.

The children’s food was served first — something I really appreciate — and they all cleared their plates. We enjoyed both starters and mains, and every single person in our party commented on how excellent the food was. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, offering outstanding value for money.

This place does the most impressive, authentic Italian food and delicious pizzas! We ordered pizzas a few weeks prior to visiting and they were so good we decided to dine in. Unfortunately, for a Saturday night, the only server was the owner and we did have to wait a considerable amount of time to have our order taken and food to the table. We did speak with the owner at the end about why it was just him and he did explain that since Covid it had been hard to know when a day would be busy or not to require extra staff and how hard staff is to find at the minute, however the food and authentic Italian decor to match is definitely worth the visit, but the wait time is something to take into account. A small family restaurant run by Italians. Rather small and cramped but a great atmosphere and very attentive staff. The menu has a good range and suits a more adult taste. There are a good selection of wines etc. Not a place for a quick bite but mote for a longer lingering experience. The price is on the higher side.
