There's always a really long wait at the drive through, even when it's empty. There was no one there in front of us this evening yet we still had to park up and wait around 15-20 minutes. The problem is, they prioritise the delivery orders. Delivery drivers were pulling up, going in and coming out with the delivery food before those of us waiting in the car park. Also, I've NEVER managed to get a milkshake at this McDonald's. Not once. Absolutely shocking place. Unfortunately the alternative is Crayford branch and they're about as good.

Edit: unfortunately the kids chose McDonald's as a treat tonight so unfortunately I was forced into this position again. After a 15 minute drive there, a 25 minute wait in the car park and another 15 drive home we discovered that we were missing 2 meals. So another 30 minute round trip later I returned home to find half of one of the burgers wasn't actually in the box but instead floating around in the bag. Theres absolutely no quality control whatsoever at this place. Just a load of kids let lose without any adult supervision it seems. This branch along with Crayford really are absolutely awful. It would have actually been quicker to drive to Sainsbury's, buy some food and drive home and cook it than the 1 1/2 hours it took to get a takeaway that's 15 minutes up the rd. It would have been far better food, cheaper and a lot less stressful too. I really can't speak lowly enough of this branch or the Crayford McDonald's. Very flawed and incompetent service with Dartford staff. Ordered 5 large meals with an extra wrap last week. Waited for 15 minutes in the car park for our food, all to get home and realised extra wrap was missing. Mentioned this to the uncouth manager who was rude in her approach, saying anybody can come up to Macdonald’s and says that their food was missing, that I should have called same day I ordered, like I live my life around Macdonald’s only. That’s is like insinuating that I was lying. I find this very very insulting. I bet she does things like this hence her weird thoughts that someone from the public that ordered food of £45 can just come up to lie over £2 worth of wrap, I guess she is a thief and thinks everyone is like her.

Even the food that was ordered today, we were given chocolate milkshakes when the we order for banana milkshakes, even the receipt showed banana milkshakes. Same thing happened, months ago, where the lid of a bottle was found in one of our drinks. Very appalling and disgusting service and the manager obviously showed the reasons why the service here is poor with her attitude today. The fact that you lie or steal doesn’t mean everyone does especially not your customers. It’s not about the money but for her insinuating. Maybe if you teach your staff to be competent and deliver good service, customers wouldn’t have to be insulted...
