Popped in for some of their lovely produce. I was met by a female, and I say met, I mean…I was dismissively directed to proceed to browse and interrupt her conversation when I’d found what I wanted. Not a problem thus far…. I knew what I wanted. Having been into the shop a few times before and experienced being advised about the food on offer and how to return dishes etc in a helpful and friendly manner. This time was very different… it’s hard to put into words…. The shop keeper felt brash, loud and condescending with a tone of superiority…. Not a nice experience. It was a shame really as, although the produce is lovely, the service felt like being in a headteacher's office……. Not sure whether I’ll return or...

Visited for my friend's birthday today. Had breakfast and we were both impressed with the quality of food, the friendly service and the relaxed atmosphere. We were accommodated with a request for 2 glasses of champagne which we were really unsure was doable, but it was. The champagne was really good.We both purchased food to takeaway from the fridges and look forward to visiting again for a taster menu in the evening. The Christmas brochure is AMAZING. . . AND. . . Everyone needs to know about it. It contains a number of Christmas goodies but ooo, what an easy Christmas dinner there is on offer!! Gorgeous Christmas dinner menu, all cooked and ready...

Wow, We are so lucky to have such a Fantastic shop on our door step! Kate and her team are Amazing, friendly and very welcoming answering any questions you may have.

The variety, quality and presentation of food available makes it second to non, and hard to make decisions, making you want to visit time and time again.

I don't know how you make the food for the prices you sell, but please don't stop, looking forward to more outstanding meals week after week at unbelievable low prices for the Quality.
