I have been meaning to try this place for absolutely ages, and finally today I did. Just had a lovely long lunch with a friend, we ordered five Tapas dishes and bread (with olives and oils and butter) - and there was enough food to feed four people! Thankfully we are both greedy so there wasn't much waste. The Tapas were absolutely delicious with bags of flavour (the star of the show for us today was their confit salmon with muscles and a scrummy cheesy creamy sauce). It was our first time visiting Coppa so unbeknown to us, we’d arrived an hour before their food sitting so instead we enjoyed a drink. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable in wines and the atmosphere was so lovely and chilled. We decided to wait for the food sitting due to how lovely the staff were. I’m very glad we did because the food was better than we’d imagined. Incredible food, service, staff and wines which they were well versed in, helping us pick the perfect wine to go with our mains.
