I would like to bring to your attention a situation I encountered at one of your outlets. I ordered only 5 eggs, but my order was declined because I did not include bread. At other outlets of the same chain, particularly those located along highways, I have never had an issue with similar orders. However, I was informed that different sales policies apply at this location.
I must emphasize that I am unable to consume bread for health reasons, making this refusal difficult to understand. Instead of supporting healthier food choices, it seems that the company’s policies actively limit access to low-calorie options, which, given the current emphasis on addressing obesity, feels inappropriate.

They changed their gloves but then wiped the crumbs off the side picked them up then put the rubbish in bin and didnt change the gloves again before handling the gluten free roll. Then while baking she was tucking her hair behind her ears still wearing the gloves then touched the roll again. None of the girls wore hairnets. When i called they said they don't use 'use their own drivers' if they pay for the drivers then they are there drivers in my eyes. The lady from subway said to go back on app to ask for a refund.... where is this refund button? Tried to email to complain but order no longer appears so havent got an order number.
