Greggs — Restaurant in Doncaster

There is nothing special about Gregg's but that's what makes it so good. It's relaxing, the staff are polite and efficient as it's busy when I go in usually workmen grabbing pasties, sandwiches and drinks or people like me too early for the shops. I had the Vegan Sausage Roll and a cup of tea. Which was warm and crispy. I also have the App so I can collect points for free stuff or get the offers. I got a free cake on my birthday. I love the place I've been to a few and the service is always good and the service the same ➕ I often buy the Greggs gift cards as birthday /Christmas presents. They go down a storm

Woman serving was so bloody rude 😡 asked for 2 caramelised biscuit lattes and she repeated back the order as “2 caramel lattes” which is completely diffferent, so I reiterated that we wanted the biscuit flavoured ones and she snapped “yeah I got that!” .. no need for rudeness who do you think you are. I use the takeaway service a lot and several times they forget certain things. Delivery drivers are rude and can't wait 10 seconds for me to answer the door (I am disabled) and often don't understand the simple 4 digits I have to provide to them. If you order a sausage roll as part of the drink deal, and order 3 separate sausage rolls, they will send you the pre-packed discount cold ones in a 4 pack but you don't get the discount.
