The Wheatsheaf — Restaurant in Doncaster

Never had food from this establishment but I’ve heard it’s beautiful. Always brilliant service& friendly staff. I never go to a pub on my own however I went on my own around 3 weeks ago and I was very warm welcomed by the land lady. Always serving with a smile and making sure there customers are happy. Such a lovely local pub with amazing staff& land lord&lady. Thankyou for making me feel so welcome and on a random Monday/ Thursday night after a rehearsal at the community centre, sometimes a pint of inch’s is all you need....

Have had a few takeaway carvery's from here, they have been really nice and fresh and hot. The beef especially is very soft, big portion sizes. My only criticism, the times I have ordered it tends to be the same veg and never any different or in season. But generally really nice not having...

The best mixed grill in Donny, lived here all my life and never been before. Make sure you book a table ahead of time. We had a great time here and a birthday celebration meal, the staff made us feel welcome, we will go again soon. The food is very good, great selection of drinks...
