You couldn't make it up. A que of 13 people including myself. When one of the customers politely asked if she could be served, having waited for 10 mins now (yes I know I timed it) the customer was told, "you can all wait until I'm done what I'm doing. There's a machine in WH Smiths if you're that desperate. Why on earth be in a job if you are that unhappy with it you take pleasure in watching a que form and purposely go about your "other business". I might add the other business included her checking get phone numerous times. Miserable, rude and just not a nice person. I'm all for "if you've got nothing good to say, say nothing at all' but the lady on the counter has managed, on her own, to pxxs of a group of people who just wanted coffee. It was the first time in my life I have to return it as I could not stand that taste. It was very very unusual taste. Read moreOkay, let's start briefly, an ugly old woman at the counter who annoys the customer (as you can see) with her attitude. She acts and gives the impression that she is there as a punishment. I wished her a nice day with a smile on my face, and instead of a normal response, she rudely retorted with a scowl that it was already evening (well, it's still bright outside??).
