Euro chicken dover — Restaurant in Dover

Do not order a delivery from this place. I waited nearly an hour before I called the restaurant to ask where my food was and spoke to the rudest delivery driver I've ever had the misfortune to come into contact with. He told me he'd rang the doorbell and left the food by the door and told me to go outside to look for it. I did so. No food. I told him this. He said the food was there and it's not his problem I didn't have it. He then complained that those were my instructions, and said he knows where I live, he's delivered there many times before. I've never ordered from this place before (and never will again). He then gave me directions to what he thought was my house. I told him he was wrong and he should have turned right. He said "I don't need to turn right, I know this house", then gave me directions to the wrong house again. I told him I know where I live and he should bring my food to the right house. He refused and said "don't do this again. Don't play these games, why did you give these instructions?!". I told him I assumed he'd find the right house. He eventually said "fine, I'll bring it. Bye." I waited another 25 minutes for a different delivery driver to show up as the first didn't have the courage to face his mistake himself. The food had been left...

This shop has gone downhill. We ordered very late and they stayed open for us which I felt completely guilty for. In this I expected the left overs and not so good meal choices left for us BUT what I found was not one but two long brown hairs, with others (like cotten wool) nesseld in the mayonnaise inside the burger that housed chicken that was so hard and brittle I feared for my teath. My partner basicly had deep fried bones to replace chicken meat and all in all it was a poor, harrowing experience. I understand we were an inconvience but you still have to keep up to a quality standered, and hygiene... right ?! I can still feel the hair wrapped around my tounge. Appalling service recently. I ordered a variety family bucket costing £21.65 for delivery. On opening (after the driver left) I discovered the BBQ spare ribs and chicken wings were not included. I called up an hour later to say the items were missing and was told a driver would bring them out. Rang back 2 hours later and was told the driver will send them out. At 11.30pm I called again and was told there is no delivery drivers there now. The staff seems very disinterested in fulfilling orders correctly or providing a satisfactory service, it's like they just don't care.
