Pizza Pronto & Kebabs — Restaurant in Dover

We always ordered from Pizza Pronto from few years, but when the owner changed every time we had bad experience, but still we tried to give a chance, we stoped order very often but still we ordered untill today, today was last order, they said that we have to wait 50 min, ok, after 1h we had the phone call from the driver and he said that my delivery arrived but few seconds later he said that is a mistake, he is on different street and we have to wait another 10 min so I called shop and I cancelled my order and asked for refund. Few min later driver arrived and gave me my money back and free pizza, which I ordered. When I made the order I ordered pizza with 4 coleslaw and 4 extra garlic sauce for £22.00, when the driver gone I called Pizza Pronto to order salads and sauce, first they told me off because I had pizza for free and I explained that I do not want salad and sauces for free only I want to order, after that they took my order but the time and price I couldn' accept, 1h waiting for delivery, nearly £10.00 for 4 salads and £9.00 for delivery, how is possible to pay for that when I ordered jumbo BBQ chicken supreme pizza with 4 salads and 4 extra...

I've been coming here for in excess of 20 years, when I was 11 I used to get my wages from my little job and come get a pepperoni pizza from here and eat it by the river, one of my favourite memories growing up and after moving away I thought I would return to reminisce.

I ordered my "usual" and the box was incredibly greasy within minutes of leaving, could feel it through the bottom. When I opened the box it was just a greasy mess, literally the greasiest pizza I'd ever seen and didn't even eat all of it as it was pretty tasteless.

Perhaps a bad day, so I tried it again and ordered a couple of pizzas for the family and I. Ordered Margheritas and although not greasy, they were again largely tasteless.

Such a shame as this place used to do amazing pizzas but I guess most things change over time. Won't be going back for sure, well, at least not for another...

Used to absolutely love Pizza Pronto. Their deep pan pizza use to have an amazing hand stretched fluffy base. The mix of cheese was a great blend of strong and smooth. They just felt like nice hand made pizzas.... Ordered tonight and I feel like I could have put 2 frozen pizzas in the oven.... The bases feel and taste like they are factory made. The cheese is different. No tangy cheddar in there anymore. When I phoned to find out if anything has changed they said nothing had changed.

We had noticed over the past couple of years the menu had kebabs added to it.... And the new signage... It's not Pronto as we knew...
