The Happy Fryer Fish and Chips Kebab Takeaway — Restaurant in Dover

Ordered a child’s fish’s and chips and a child’s fish fingers and chips about 2-3 weeks ago after waiting an hour for the food all the food arrived cold, when I rung up and informed all the food was stone cold he said he new the curry sauce was cold as the machine hadn’t been switched on and offered me a curry sauce next time, I said all of the food was cold my sons fish finger was soggy not cooked properly, chips cold and soggy and the potion of fish, I threw it all away as I didn’t want to risk getting ill from food that wasn’t cooked properly, I asked for a refund and one meal only and he said he would contact Deliveroo and get the refund for me still haven’t got it. Absolutely shockingly rude customer service. Spent over £25 for 2 kebabs and some chips. When it arrived the salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, 1 slice of cucumber and the end of a tomato. I called up to complain. I was yelled at down the phone and was told 'everything is so expensive now that we don't offer more in a salad' he then started yelling in a foreign language down the phone. When I told him I was going to leave a bad review he told me that was fine as loads of others do. Took an hour from time of ordering for the food to turn up! The food was cold, and we ordered cod and chips and they gave us just cod and when I rang they said £4 something was just for cod,, online and on their menu it says no where you have to order chips separately! We ordered two cans of drinks which where flat and not fizzy! Will not be ordering from here again and will recoment people go else where!!!!
