Ordered from here tonight for the first time. Rang after was out for delivery for 20 minutes. Then a further 40 mins after the latest arrival time it showed up. The driver was rude and disrespectful when I told him the food was freezing cold and items missing he just laughed in my face said isn’t his problem and told me to ring the shop. I rang the shop after inspecting the food items was definitely missing the driver answered the phone I asked him if I could speak to someone else regarding his behaviour he refused on a number of occasions stating he was the only one in the store? Which I knew was a lie as I previously spoke to another person entirely. He said I should have expected my food to be cold as these things happen. I stated I expect a service which I pay for which delivers atleast warm food he continued to find it funny over the phone and refusing me to speak to someone else. Come here quite regularly and the food is always good, especially like the proper chips cut from potatoes and not the usual frozen ones you normally get from other places, however, went recently and ordered chips and when they came.. were frozen type.. and not all were cooked fully. The boss asked us several times if we’d enjoyed our meal and on the third time of asking I asked him why the change of chips. To which he said ‘they were a mission to do’ I said it was a shame because the chips were really nice and he might loose custom, he said if enough people complained he might consider reverting back. Went their with family, was really disappointed the way the staff treated,we were treated like third class citizens, probably coz were the same ethnic group, which I found dumbfounded, as I am spending money like any public of any nationals,I wasn't asking for a grand 5* treatment, but would appreciate courtesies and polite professionalism.especialy wen you have so much competition, The waiters didn't speak English, let alone take my order or service, And the food was oily and my wives was watery,the consistency was different in all 7 dishes I and family had,I did complain not for a refund but an explanation, which was not satisfactory, I have owned 12 restaurants in my lifetime and running 3 ,but not to...
