I have only used the company once and once will be enough.

Starting with the positives, the starter was not the size specified on the website, the pizza was okay and i didn't get the deserts I ordered. The delivery was on a Friday night but took 2 hours to be delivered when the website states a target time of 40 minutes. Despite promises from the branch after an hour, the food took a further hour to arrive. When trying to get a refund of any sort for the small starter, incorrect dessert and 2 hour delay, the branch told me they would give me a free pizza next time I used them. I have since tried to contact the company through their website and contact e-mails but the complete lack of response shows their enthusiasm for customer service. We have used pizza number 1 for years. I have an allergy to tomatoes so always have the almond base. Tonight after waiting 90 minutes for delivery I took a bite of my pizza to realise it was tomato base. The attitude of the staff was rude and unhelpful I said I needed a reacement they said I would have to wait a very long time. When I called back 10 mins later to say dont send it just refund me they said itsbeen cooked so we sending it out. Be careful ordering here. We ordered, and were charged, for two 10 inch pizzas and an 8inch. Upon delivery we had two 8 inch and one 10 inch. When I called up the restaurant to explain, the man on the phone argued with me saying I was wrong and that he wouldn't send the correct pizza as 'they were too busy now.' I was annoyed more by the man's attitude then I was by the mix up as he was argumentative and didn't want to resolve the issue. Also, the website claims free delivery yet £2 extra was added to our bill as well as a 50p service charge.
