Pizzas have always been delicious and I say this as a regular customer...😁 However, they need to employ staff who have a certain knowledge of delivery...doorbells and duh... 😳 Tonight, I watched my delivery guy get out of his car (without his delivery meal bag)....idle over to my apartment and looking blank returns to his car...and proceeds to drive away.... Hence, no delivery of pizza for me. I telephone Pizza Hut and said what I had just witnessed ref their delivery guy.... Staff were very rude saying that the pizza would not be re-delivered.... After an intervention by my partner the Pizza Hut staff confirmed that the said pizza would be re-delivered... Hey, 5 minutes later my pizza arrived...and boy was it taaasssty 😋..... And....I know all of the regular delivery guys to these apartments...and we always get our...

I love the consistent quality of the food. And obviously that is the most important. Ordering however, is like budgeting for a family of 5. The 'deals' are complicated beyond explanation. Why charge more in one deal than another for the same pizzas? Even the staff have their jobs made more complicated as a result. Doesn't make any sense! This is why we only come here a couple of times a year. Cheesy bites are very bready but are really good. New cheese garlic bread is small, thin and not worth the premium cost. Toppings are better here than the main competitor but the definition of loaded is somewhat misunderstood... May as well just buy chips and add your own toppings for the cost to be fair. The quality of the pizzas though.....

we ordered about quarter too 7 didnt arrive till 8 oclock which is fine but dont put an estimated time of 7:10-7:20 on it, one pizza was missing. The topping on the ones that arrived were cremated, the onions were literal charcoal, and the rest just tasted dehydrated from over cooking, im guessing it was super busy due to the wait, but felt like the oven had been cranked up to cook the pizzas quicker. But the toppings were just frazzled. Normally really good food from here but tonight just a let down. Also tbf they did send the missing pizza but only after we called as the delivery driver...
