The Tea Room — Restaurant in Dudley

Not the review I wanted to put. I was aiming to attend for lunch today on my day off. With my daughter and mom. I walked in at 2pm and sat on the table waiting for my mom to ask for a high chair for my daughter. I waited 15/20 mins or more for a high chair. As a member of staff said "it's outside". I know they've only got one high chair, which I fully understand as there is limited space. Due to this me and my mom didn't order food just in case the high chair was in use by someone else. So, when I finally received the high chair. I went to order food to be told "the kitchen is now closed" and I said when did it close? And the lady said "just now" and I said well I've been waiting for this high chair now for at least 20 mins and I didn't want to order food in case someone was using it outside? The staff unfortunately didn't care that I was waiting for so long so then I couldn't have any food? I've been coming to the tea rooms for a long time and I love their afternoon tea.
