Red Chilli — Restaurant in Dudley

We visited here on a Friday night following a recommendation from a friend and we weren't disappointed. Our waiter was excellent, really attentive and conscientious without being intrusive. The poppadoms were crisp and came with a very comprehensive chutney tray. We shared a sheekh kebab which they kindly separated for us, it was of the one of the best we've had for some time. The mains too were excellent, my Red Chilli Pot was really tasty, likewise the wife's Balti however the chicken was a little over done. Our waiter was more than willing to replace but she was happy having the sauce with our very nice sides. Despite this hiccup we had a very enjoyable time here, indeed it would have been even better if the young lady on the table behind could have talked a bit quieter and occasionally stopped to take in air. When trying to find a curry house in Wollaston it can be a task, there is so many to choose from! But I believe, having visited all, The Red Chilli is the best priced but also on par with the competition. The restaurant is usually fairly quiet and the room is fairly small, as other reviewers may mention but I fail to see how this could deter customers away from what is a brilliant meal. The staff were friendly and kind, the food was fast enough and was extremely fresh and flavorful and best of all the bill only came to around £50 for four people. Went for a meal with husband, food and service very good but was shocked at behaviour of other customers (which is not staff's fault but they should have intervened) A large family group with small children, once they were almost ready to leave decided to completely strip 3 of the children, remove their dirty nappies, replace with clean nappies and then re-dress them for bed! This was done in the restaurant and reception area in full view of diners. Why didn't they take the children into the toilets, why didn't the staff stop them?
