I recently had the pleasure of visiting Burger King Halbeath, and I must say, the experience was made exceptional by a young staff member named Fraser. From the moment I walked in, Fraser's warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for a delightful visit.
Fraser greeted me with a bright smile and was incredibly attentive while taking my order. He patiently answered all my questions and even offered helpful suggestions, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. His professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction were truly impressive.
As I waited for my meal, I noticed Fraser's remarkable ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. He seamlessly managed various tasks, all the while engaging with customers and making everyone feel welcome. His efficiency and dedication to his job were evident in everything he did.
When my food was ready, Fraser personally delivered it to my table with a courteous and friendly approach. The meal was perfectly prepared, and Fraser made sure everything was to my satisfaction. His attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service were commendable.

Read morewas so excited about this store opening in our home town - but I’ve been left feeling deflated and not eating too return - we ordered our meal as normal on the one screen that was available - with no wipes to clean after numerous amounts of hands have been touching it - we also waiting a good ten mins to actually get in the building - anyway we then ordered our meal to when I bit into it - it was cold - I went to the manager to complain who then gave me a fresh burger which infact was even colder than the first - the bacon wasn’t even the slightest bit warm - the cheese was ice cold and the burgers Luke warm but as the cheese and bacon were so cold the whole meal was disgusting - I’m a huge fan of Burger King but there is something seriously wrong at this restaurant as we were not the only ones complaining of cold food that day - the tables had dirty trays left on them - and the toilets were disgusting - not what you’d expect at all from a newly opened establishment - I can appreciate small teething problems -but no excuse for cold food - dirty toilets and trays left on tables - especially not the times we are currently in -I didn’t complain to the manager the second time as it should of been fully rectified first time round which it wasn’t - my husbands burger may I add was also cold xx I can supply pictures of the dirty trays left on tables - staff should be on the ball with this and the cleaning of tables more so in the...
Read moreSo many things wrong where do I start! Firstly, with a long queue at the drive thru, we decided to go inside, apparently they close at 6?! Only the drive thru is open after this time but nowhere is there a sign to explain this. How much effort would it take to print and stick your opening times on the door? Secondly, why is the full menu with prices placed after the drive thru speaker? Surely it should be beforehand so that people can decide and then order? Would save time and help the queue move quicker. Thirdly, the staff and manager seem clueless, how do you not know the prices of items? I get that it's a big menu but surely with the whopper being your best-selling item, you would know. On that same not, when I ordered a vegan whopper, I was told "we don't sell a vegan whopper...but we do have a plant based whopper" sorry but c'mon man, it's literally a vegan burger! And, when we complained about the second problem to the manager, he just looked at us and smiled, didn't seem to care at all. Fourthly, how do you run out of non perishable items like cup holders and lids, they're not items to go bad so just order more. Had I not had a second person in the car, I wouldn't have been able to take the drinks! Lastly, chips are stale, so dry and hard.
