Locoespresso — Restaurant in East Cambridgeshire

Terrible place terrible people. I went there 2 months ago and just bought one thing that the staff made me pay twice (three time actually but at least the last payment was cancelled) ! Scammers ? Maybe. When I ask for my money back I m being helped at first and then no news at all for more than one month... so I tried to contact another time the person who was dealing with my problem. I've been attacked, mocked and scolded by the staff. Crazy behaviour for people who are "professionals". I'll never go again except for my refund ! The branch on platform 2 is ran very efficiently by a lady who regularly remembers which type of coffee I order and even prepares it while I am standing n the queue. I am sure she sees 100's of customers throughout the morning. This realy is a great customer service experience provided by someone wgo clearly takes their work seriously. I wish my expereince at other cofee outlests on the station was as good...

Provided a nice Tea, croissants were not fresh but was a reasonable price for station food and drink. A few seats and tables are provided outside for all customers and others a very quick service.

Would defiantly pop in again on my way through Ely station but don't expect a quality service like you would expect from chain...
